Muscles don't grow from a work out, they grow from healing after a work out.

I remember being 16 and ego lifting on the bench press. I was so proud at myself for hitting 120kg. The next day I couldn't. The day after it was even less. I was so sad. Some stuff came up in school and I had to skip thr gym for a couple of days. After the rest I benched 120kg 3 times. Thats when I realized that following the suggestions of my father who never lifted is wrong 😂 and rest is important. Bless you dad, you taught me discipline tho

I followed his leg workout for three-months when I was 12 years old. The first time I played football after that i felt like I had the speed of a predator.
