Well, this is brand new information for me. To be honest I actually didn’t even know that there were this many kinds of horses - I’d never thought beyond brown ones, speckly ones, big ones, little ones, you know.... So this is going to show me a whole new world of ponies! What? Ponies aren’t horses? Oh for crying out loud... Okay its time to get me some horse knowledge!

I wish you would get people presenting this information that knew what they were talking about!

Absolutely love the information you give us on all these different breeds of horses (btw! I'm a horse lover from way back, I'm 78 years young and can't get enough) that I've never heard of, and didn't know they existed. Keep up the good work. Thank you all. God Bless!!

There are a lot of Clydesdales in the US because of Budweiser beer. They were used to deliver beer with a special wagon when prohibition was lifted, and they have been used as a mascot of sorts ever since. I don’t even drink beer, but I recognize them.

I have a very soft spot for the Shire horse. Having bred a couple. They are gentle giants. Gorgeous to ride I really miss them

I was raised with my Tenn. Walker who was 21 hands high and we loved each other dearly. He would allow only me to ride him. NO ONE ELSE EVER.

The first horse you see is a French Brabant . Belgians only come in one colour, golden chestnut with flaxen mane and tail.

Norwegian Fjord Ponies don’t have a bald mane.
They have a mane known as a hogged mane. They mane is cut in a way to make it stand up.
They also have a brown Dorsel stripe along their backs.

On the Italian heavy draft horses, the clips of the two FRIESIANS were from @friesianhorses 🙃

The two black horses at 18:30 (and 18:55, 19:02, and 19:23) are NOT Italian Heavy Draft or any of the other breeds you mentioned. They are Friesians, and the video clip was recorded in Friesland, in the Netherlands. (I used to know the names of the two young stallions, but I have forgotten.)

You missed at least four draft horse breeds here in Germany. Especially the small one from the state of Schleswig-Holstein, called the Schleswiger. It's size is really good for working in the woods to clear out trees, which is better for the ground of the woods. And it is also on the endangered list of livestock animals. But the area also has the warm-blood horse Holsteiner, which many horse lovers would know, since they are great jumpers and dressage horses.

I'm pretty sure whilst you're right about the tallest horse facts I find it very hard to believe in the most expensive horse, race horses go for millions.

Why did you not include Lippazaniers? They are very famous heavy horse and deserved mention..

Thank you for that tutorial. I knew about 2/3 of those presented. I'm a QH person but it's always nice to learn about different breeds!
