I tried to add ic2 with AMPZ, since AMPZ uses University Electricity on Feed the Beast and it gave me errors about blocks being used, so I figure you can't use both of them together right?

Acutely in real life with a type of machine you can extract hydrogen and combine that with coal and get oil. The machine are very expensive and were made in germany during ww2 for oil becouse their supplies were cut off. None rune now aday but if they did we would get oil for another 1000 years (at the rate we are at). :D hope you learned something -Minecore

I'm not sure which mod came first but Universal electricitys' steel ingot looks almost like a copy of railcrafts steel (or vice versa), but that might just be me.

It's older than Redpower 1. Not very old, just slow to get going, forge really kicked it off. Or at least, the mod existed as a built-in to ICBM.
