I am studying in bio book there is example of parasitic bacteri that is chlaymdia so i have doubt that how it can be parasitic if it transmitted sexually.

Can gonorrhea or chlamydia hide in prostate, i mean if i took antibiotics and treated from them but just in the urethra, but the prostate is infected and because treating the prostate need more time of antibiotics, so the bacteria is still in it.
So my question here, can the chlamydia or gonorrhea or any other bacterial STD don’t show up in STD PCR test with urine sample if the prostate is the only infected part ?
