So they confined them on the ship for 2 weeks at greater risk of infection, could now be asymptomatic, and let them roam Japan anyway... what was the point?!

What's with 14 day quarantine when a person can be a carrier for we know 24 days before symptoms appear and we don't know how long contagious after, recovered. I do hope these people do well but we have to be overly cautious

It wasnt really a quarantine on the ship because they could still mingle with each other

Did I hear this correctly. "The people allow to travel freely in Japan will have to get quarantined even if they come back in one month". Someone explain the logic to me.

The crew and pilots will need to go under the quanitine, for a month its in the air, on the surfaces, in the air vents, in the toilets, pipes..

Why do they keep doing 14 days...we know it can incubate for at least 24 days.

I'm curious as to why only 14 days when it's proven the incubation period can be alot longer. They need at least 30 days in quarantine.
