Keep in mind, Dempsey, Donovan and Fabian Johnson were missing. Fabian Johnson is a threat going forward and I think they get a different result with them in the game. Altidore didn't have the best game; his first touch was atrocious. Johannsson is a threat and I love the way he plays. However, if you watched the game, the US literally was playing like Traditional Greece. Meaning, they weren't attacking and playing up tempo like they should've. I expect a different team against Austria.

Shea NEEDS to go to Brazil, he is inconsistent but he is a true threat off the bench. Obviously not in the starting 11 but one of the first guys off the bench hopefully.

US should have taken better chances but thumbs up to Scotland. They have gotten better. Very nice freekick from Snodgrass but an even better save from Howard.

Watching this video again and also reading the complaints about a poor attack: I'm noticing that after Wondolowski came on he was wide open on two occasions in the box where if someone passed to him he would have a clean chance on goal. It was frustrating to see Johansson and Altidore time after time miss their shots and never look up to pick out the open man.

After this game I have realized a couple of things. Jozy Altidore is a horrible passer (he reminds me a lot of Dwight Howard for some reason) he only had one good pass to Aron I believe. Aron Johannsson could potentially be the best striker we've ever had, and Brek Shea is a good player to come in as a SUB not a starter.
