Skating the summer really increases consistency from just off the floor alone. I fell off on a trick one time and my skin literally peeled off like it i caught 2nd degree burns, safety to you man.

I had to rearrange my sleep schedule so i could get sessions between 7am to 9am in the Oklahoma heat but im also not very good and need all the practice i can get. Plus im 33 so the progression is slow anyway lol
