I just tried this at home and several things went horribly wrong. My hair got caught on something and tore out, I couldn't get up like they did with one leg at a time. When I did the splits, I literally split some things. and that last part when I bent backwards… I threw my spine out of place. GREAT JOB LADIES!!!!
