Yeah you could definitely do the same with some cooked cool pots and then just slice them into chunks- fry for a little bit in some oil until crispy and then give them a mush with the spices! :)

Oh no! Don't worry I'm sure it'll be back thick and fast when it gets a bit of summer sunshine! I have a great one in my book Kitchen Hero: Bringing Cooking Back Home, but it's pretty simple sugar syrup lemon juice and pour hot over a few sprigs of mint! :)

Yeah you could use any herbs you like here- finely chopped rosemary, thyme, basil it's up to you! :)
