The report isn't out yet but I can already summarize it for you: B teenagers, L gang members, and M repeat criminals are the perpetrators of 85% of anti-Asian hate crimes in NYC. Gives the whole community a bad rep but for it to change, there needs to be a serious change in their culture that requires accountability and responsibility instead of blaming the system and hwyte people.
