Apple Watch will have a lightning port added - so you can plug it into a power brick "on the go". This is really exciting, as we can now wear an Apple Watch for sleep tracking (unless you move about a lot in sleep, as this will unplug the charging cable or maybe snap the lightning connector off in the port (that would be bad)). If they were really smart, they would release a mini-MagSafe for the watch X, but we can only dream 😂

6:04 I had the iPad 12.9, iPad 11 (older versions but still amazing) and I gave them away to my kids and I only use my iPad mini 6. That’s why I really hope they come out with the iPad Mini 7 but only if they keep the same Apple Pencil and do major upgrades!!! I love this iPad because it fits in all my purses and use it for digital planning and entertainment. It’s overall an amazing device!

For me it is the HomePods, I have Amazon Echos throughout my home and pretty much a smart home with many smart home devices. I would rather move to the Apple eco system which is what I have for everything else, Macs, iPads, phones etc. With the promise of a new much improved Siri, I think I could finally stick with one eco system. I do hope they create one version of the HomePod with a screen, preferably an iPad mini sized one. I would use that in the kitchen which is where my Echo Show is. For recipes, timers, video doorbell, digital photo frame and FaceTime calls this makes sense for me. I also like the promise of an Apple Ring, but not in place of my Apple Watch, but as a companion to it for tracking health sensors with multi day battery life. I don’t wear my watch when I am sleeping but would like to track my sleep. It would be nice if the ring could activate some automations such as turning off music, or pause an audiobook when it detects you are asleep. By the way, I enjoy watching your videos and have learned a great deal over time from them. 🙏

Isn't the new smaller Mac Mini coming out during this event? I've seen tons of hints that it is with the M4 chip and small form factor, similar to the size of the Apple TV box. I have been a huge fan of the iPad mini since the first one, currently have the iPad mini 6 and love it for its portability. At this point I probably wouldn't upgrade to a 7. I'm still using my iMac from 2013... so maybe I need an upgrade! LOL MacBook Air M1 and iPad Pro (2020) are my daily machines... and the iPad mini 6

I think the iPad mini will come out in the October event with the other iPads. I may be wrong we’ll just have to wait and find out
