I wonder how many of those living quarters are full or half empty because not of people going to IUPUI. I’m wondering if IUPUI Got rid of community college and sent them all to Ivy Tech not everybody can afford to go to college full-time some have to work so they can afford living quarters and to pay for classes and books?
