This almost hurts to watch...
But it is a good type of hurt.

It approximately kicks in when the animatic begins to replay c!Tommy's old memories, the ones that once were.
It's a feeling of...
Nostalgia.
Even though it hasn't been that long, in the great scheme of things.

I think it's the soft music in combination with the moments you chose.
There's something very bold about using c!Tubbo's "We don't even have music to play, it's so dead!" quote, yet it appears to be a prediction of what would happen in the near future, the literal end of the Earth that c!Tommy and c!Tubbo promised to traverse together.
There's nothing but death on that path, no cheery tune no more.

It seems that everything led up to that moment, "the Incident", all the scenes you show...
The Disks.
L'Manberg.
The Revival Book.
All lost.
Lost in fire and explosions.

The last "Tommy, what did you do?" and the last "I'm sorry."
Sorry for this, and maybe sorry for everything.
C!Tommy was hurting so much, but in these last moments, his biggest pain was his regret.

I have seen many great animatics in my time in this community, yet there are only few which make me feel that soft kind of sting.

When that music started playing I got chills. I’m glad Tommy wasn’t blamed for the Incident at the end…though, I guess we don’t know what caused it. (Probably XD?)
