Human or not, if it cannot live outside the womb then the woman can do whatever she wants with it.

Nobody should be forced to use her own body to keep something alive.

Override the veto of the ban. I can't even figure out what that means at this point.

This is all about control. Telling a woman what she can and cannot do with her body. It's her body her choice

You show a full pregnant woman to promote I’m pro choice but c’mon man I’m not stupid to your subliminal message 😑

Really? women really want the government to be the dictator of this personal, painful, and complicated decision? I sure wouldn’t.

The government shouldn't interfere or have control over the citizens decisions in their own lives we are losing more rights every pay attention

Thanks be to God. There is such a thing as self control. It prevents unwanted children.

a small amount of people need abortions after 3 months and this completely changes the way doctors can deal with the individual situation. we need to protect the right to have that abortion if the doctor and woman both agree the process is necessary. NO ONE IS PROTECTING KILLING BABYS just because they just changed their minds.

Science refresher:

For a human being to form in a womans womb it takes one sperm (from a male) and one egg (from a female).

“It takes two to tango” and it has been this way since the beginning of humanity.

After 12 weeks, exceptions allowed in the case of forced assault, incest, deformities, and life of the mother.
Fair enough, that cuts out the excuses. No women should be terminating halfway through pregnancy "cause my rights"

Not to praise the bill because I am pro-choice, but just to clarify this is not an overall ban after 12 weeks like people of NC think it is. You can get an exception up to 20 weeks for both rape and incest. As well as lethal fetal anomalies; which means if the doctor determines the fetus will not survive pregnancy within the first 20 weeks, an abortion will be legal, as well as up to 24 weeks (the scientific consensus for fetal viability) for OVERALL health of the mother. Meaning if there is a possibility that the mother will not survive or even if long-term complications are a possibility, then an abortion can be had up to 24 weeks. Which to put it into perspective is not that far off from what we have here in MA. Conservatives celebrating like they just took the gold when they barely even placed in the top five.
