Fried Jalapeño Poppers?!

Yup and they are delicious!!!

To the cream cheese, I added
Onion powder
Little pepper
Little salt
Taste you to your liking.

I semi cooked some shrimp (just about all the way thru)
And cooked some bacon, chopped them both up and combined.

I then added them to the cream cheese and mixed

For the bread crumbs, I used a seasoned store brand and added some flour to it. I also added a little adobo to it. Just a little.

Make sure you have a bowl with eggs.

Now grab your jalapeño, slice in half and remove seeds
Stuff it with some of your cream cheese, bacon and shrimp.

Dip in eggs

Cover in bread crumbs

Fry til golden brown. It happens quick, so be sure not to put heat up high.

I forgot to add cheese to my cream cheese, so make sure you do that too!
