D.I.Y. - How to Install LED Dash Upgrade | Updated

I show you how to FULLY upgrade your current lighting in your vehicle dash cluster. Specifically in this video I show you on a 1997 Ford Mustang Cobra. First I replace all of the old bulbs for the main gauges, with the newest Yorkim version 6 LED lights. I then install Jtech LED lights for the warning lights and turn signals.
The red LEDs did not seem to show through the face plate, so I just went with the Blue and Green LEDs.

LED also has color temperature with narrow range. This means that the gauge needles may not conduct/reflect the LED light if the color temp. range is off. Users might try different kinds of LED bulbs to find the best effect for yourself.

I ordered exactly what you used. I’ve done LED conversion externally & internally on a couple of my cars/trucks, but never on the instrument panel. However, the T5 (small bulbs) must be getting a minute amount of residual voltage because when I start the car, several of them are staying dimly lit on my ‘97 Mustang GT. 🤷🏻‍♂️😞

Good job, also I’ve had my high beams not stay on before like at the end of this video, thought it was the fuse, but it was the wiring in the light switch
