On commodities prices in USD, Dollar is rising in value surprising commodity prices, also US and EURO economies are entering recessions at the same time China is opening and expanding, I think this may be holding prices stable.

Can anyone help me understand why more chinese people aren't budding up the price of Chinese stocks? I get why western investors are worried about investing - given the geopolitical tensions and risks of ADR stocks. But why are future p/e values so low? Surely chinese investors would pile into tech companies with a forward p/e under 10?
