"I had a strong desire to learn how to drive a car when I was in India. At that time, I was young and uneducated, and I worked as an assistant to a car mechanic. During my work, I discovered the CP point mechanism in the car engine, which functions similarly to a neuron in the brain; at least, it looks like it. However, I was unaware of this until I was 55 and went to school in Sweden to study as a nurse assistant. It was there that I learned about essential medicine, and my understanding of the connection between nature and man-made mechanisms grew. I realized that if one understands nature, one can also learn about man-made mechanisms because one came from the other. Nothing grows in thin air."

Hi... Why would the rubbing block keep melting away. Even new ones melt away on the new points...

It wouldn’t be an old county song if it doesn’t mention cleaning some points on some old engine

Replace the contact breakers every 6000 miles? Yeah maybe if you remove the condenser. They should last 10's of thousands of miles.

If you have to replace your points every 6000 miles, something is wrong.
