I like that they're taking some design cues from Apple. Though I'm a big fan of translucency that iOS 7 has, would be cool to see Android get something similar.

Awesome video sooo excited for android L. Wish i had a n5 to try out the developers version. It looks beautiful and also notice that the on and off switches in the settings menu are changed loved that bit too..

I am LOVING this new layout. Honestly it is so clean an mature looking but at the same time sleek an kool. Love it! Love Android!

one lil pet peeve: please, please, please change that Over Scroll Animation. Whatever that is with the liquid (?) blob effect. No. No no no no. Only thing that seems out of place. Now if only they could add all those customizations that they include in the Cyanogenmod OS Android would be unbeatable. Keep up the great work guys.

I heard a lot of negative opinions about some of the visual changes here but I think the design looks awesome. Matías Duarte continues be a very positive influence on Android. Can't wait to try out the beta.

This looks so good. I am going to have to buy a new phone when it comes out if it won't be released on the Nexus 4. Before seeing this I was saying to myself that I will step away from the Nexus line with my next phone, but now I just want a newly released Nexus. Let's hope it will exist.

It's would be very nice to see Android L followed by Nexus 6 with 64-bit CPU in fall, as they said. I know all the fuzz about 64-bit isn't necessary with < 4GB of RAM but it's not all about RAM, plus, what apps will support 64-bit, that will all come, they just need to make it possible.
