Never miss an important notification: Notification bell and notification settings

The new notification bell gives you one central place to check your most important notifications, such as when you receive a text reply or when you miss a call. With this update, you'll also notice a new notification settings page, which lets you fine-tune the specific notifications you receive and choose exactly how you’re notified.
