Entire lore built off this animation and some of the OG lore

Book 1: Follow me, then you’ll see

Chapter 1: The plan
It all started over 30 years ago…
Devan Reed shows Dandy what he plans for the ichor operation, he instructs him on when to start it… Dandy understands and remembers it for years, though recently he forgets it and it seems like the place goes well.

Fast forward to about 5 years before the game takes place in the OG lore

Chapter 2: The operation
The place is abandoned, only the toons are left, Dandy suddenly remembers what Reed said. Trying not to disappoint him, he starts it by luring Poppy and Boxten, it goes successfully. He instantly sees they don’t seem well, but he didn’t know it was permanent and thought there was no going back. He starts by infecting the lower tiers, after finishing the tier he moves on to the next one. He is not caught due to the higher tiers thinking they are too insignificant.

Chapter 3: The investigation
It’s been 3 years since all other toons have been infected, all the main characters (including Dandy) have been looking for what may have caused it. It seemed like Dancifer’s plans had gone “well.”

Chapter 4: The regretful lure
Dandy is full of regret from what he’s done, but this time, there *is* no turning back… One day, Dandy shows the mains where the operation was being held. He told them that he had found it and that they could investigate together. His plan for infecting them had been going perfect.

Chapter 5: The unsuccessful attack
He out of the blue tries to infect Novalite by throwing a sample of ichor at him (the sample of ichor being what is a research capsule in the game) Astro catches it with his magic though. His plan was starting to backfire…

Chapter 6: The confession
Novalite: WOAH! What the? What was that Dandicus?

All mains turn to face Dandy

Dandy now completely acting on the behalf of Reed’s manipulation answers.

Dancifer: Astro, Pebble, Sprout, Shelly and Vee, I guess you all will have to learn what is going on. You see, I was the one that ran the operation, the man behind the operation you could ask. That would be Reed.
All mains but Pebble: WHAT!? So you are telling us you infected all the toons and played innocent!?
Dancifer: Yes. And you all are next.
All mains but Pebble: You really think we’d go out that easily? We will put up a fight.
Dancifer: alright then…

Chapter 7: The fight
As the conversation ends, Astro tries the throw the sample back at Dandy, but misses. While Dandy is focuse on the sample Astro threw at him; Vee pulls him by a petal and hits him with her mic, temporarily stunning him. As a team offense, Pebble bites Dandy as strong a he could while Shelly throws a fossil bone straight to Dandy’s forehead. With sever head damage Dandy is about to fall unconscious. Sprouts takes the time he has and burns down the area by lightning a candle in there.

Chapter 8: The last resort
As they are about to leave. Dandy wakes up and pushes them all away, causing a chain reaction of them getting hit over and over again. Though he gets himself trapped too. Due to the extreme heat from the fire and it being ready for a very long time, the ichor is more powerful. Dandy sees this and he thinks his plan will work after all…

Chapter 9: The forceful ‘negotiation’
Dandy gets the ichor ready. In the end, he was still gonna get them infected. It ended up getting even worse for them. Though it seemed Dandy had won. It again backfires. The main characters still fight back. The syringes get knocked out of his hands.

Novalite: We may be weaker but we’ll still fight back. Although we are doomed we’ll make sure you are too…

Chapter 10: The end of the operation
Dancifer: And how will that happen exactly?
Seedly: I guess you’ll have to see for yourself
Dancifer: Oh well, I’m just gonna leave and see what you all think of.
Fossilian: I don’t think so. You locked it, remember?
Dancifer: Yeah. What’s the problem with that?
V1: I’m pretty sure there is no way to unlock it from the inside.

The fire shatters the glass containing the ichor and it gets on all of them.

Dancifer: Well, I guess both sides lose…

Garden view is now abandoned and forgotten, *for now…*

Fast forward to late 2024

Chapter 1: The return
H-001: I think we’ve found it
H-005: Are you sure this is a good idea?
H-002: Yeah, this doesn’t seem very thought out…
H-004: I wonder what other things have changed!
H-003: It’ll probably be nothing interesting.
H-001: Oh come on! We used to work here, remember?
