How to Make Boudin Dip

Learn how to make Boudin Dip, it is so easy, and so incredibly delicious to make. Boudin is a rice based sausage that is very popular in Louisiana.

1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 ounces of sour cream
1 package of boudin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium sized bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Remove Boudin from package, and remove boudin from casings and crumble into the bowl.

With a mixer blend together all of the ingredients together. Pour into a 1-quart dish. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the dip is warm.

Made your dip and loved it. BUT, didn't bake it, rolled it in eggroll skins and deep fried'em. DA'BOMB. Give it a whorl. Dip 'em in wasabi sauce adds a punch. THX.

This is a holiday classic for me. We always add sweet onion and green onion and can't go wrong with some Tonys.

I don't think I've ever seen Boudin sausage here in Michigan. I will definitely look for it. Great video.

Stephanie, love the videos, but they come out slightly fuzzy on my devices. Both are Apple products...one brand new and one 2 years old. It might be my stuff but I thought I'd mention it.

I'm not sure I can find Boudin up here in the great north, but I'd sure love to try this. I'll have to look around.

Stephanie, did I ever ask you if you had a copycat recipe for the old time Pizza Hut Romano Salad Dressing? It was a favorite long ago and nobody seems to know how to make it, now that it's gone. I've tried and tried to get it but nothing is the same. This is one recipe I would pay money for. I suppose though that what food manufacturers can make we probably can't duplicate at home.
