Carp fishing #shorts

Earlier this year we went cart fishing for the 1st time and we're able to catch this beautiful golden carp. We were using corn as our bait and we cast it out into a small pond where we sat on the bank and waited. It was great just a sit back and relax and read a book as we waited for the fish to bite our lines. This almost seemed like the lazy person's way of going fishing but it was really enjoyable as we were able to listen to the birds around us and watch all the wildlife as we just sat and relaxed. After about 45 minutes to one hour we could hear the line start peeling out of our fishing rods and we ran over grabbed the rod and hooked into this gorgeous big fish. Once we set the hook we were able to real up the fish in catch him in the net take a quick photo and then release him back into the lake to grow even bigger. We are now waiting for the laked freeze up and tries some ice fishing.
