Surely skin lightening creams, skin peels and lasers can’t be the only solutions!

So my only issue is that my dermatologist told me those options would not work. That i would have to pretty much get over my cosmetic issues with hyperpigmentation and just continue to work on keeping my eczema away by staying moisturized and keeping a healthy diet and exercise routine with plenty of water 🤷🏽‍♀️ now I’m wondering if these options are worth a shot. I don’t think its fair that im doing all i can to keep the rash away but there’s supposedly nothing i can do about the discoloration. There has to be an answer somewhere.
