EASY VEGAN PEANUT SATAY SAUCE | VEGANUARY

We used to serve peanut satay in our Cafe a long time ago, it's always been one of our favourite, its rich and creamy and the high calories keep you satiated for the day. We think sauce recipes are so handy to have as you can really add any veg you want to them. This sauce will serve 2 dinners too, it means dinner the second day is twice as easy.

Sauce ingredients:

240g peanut butter
1tbs apple cider vinegar
6tbs tamari
6tbs maple syrup

1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
2tsp chilly powder
2tsp ginger powder
1 tsp black pepper
1tsp salt

120ml water
(add more if needed)

Good morning happy pear, now I watched about two of your videos before, it was absolutely amazing, thought I needed I bit of help in the kitchen, remembered your video from one of the sauces I watched before, and being vegan, I thought I would make a home made type of peanut butter, this is amazing, really just wanted to have it with a bit of toast, but thank you for the recipe and other meal ideas, this is greatly appreciated.

This sauce is insanely tasty. Have made it twice now. Second time I cooked out the sauce a bit to soften the spices and it was even better. We have it with fried crispy tofu, mushrooms, carrot and onion. It’s unreal. Thanks a million for this recipe.

I loved the roasted pepper pasta sauce because it was a creamy pasta dish and because it was unique unlike many of the vegan creamy pasta sauces there are out there (usually variations of mac & cheese and carbonara). Bell pepper in pasta sauce and easy to make? How cool! Would love to see more variations of weird and wonderful creamy pasta sauces (sorry, Italians!) which ALSO contain at least one type of veg
