I think I got it wrong about long tail keywords. I thought you were supposed to put the whole keyword, "sleep sounds" for example, but the right way is to put it as separate keywords "sleep, sounds" right?

e.g: I am from Pakistan, should I publish my app from Pakistan or US/Europe?
