Promotional video produced for Ely Cathedral, Cambridgeshire, UK.
Cambridge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles filmed the inside and outside of the Cathedral and film was edited by Focus Studio, Hamble.
As with all video shoots it was carefully planned. Not just from a video production standpoint but public safety too. Flight planning, angles and heights for the shoot itself, careful locations for take-off and landing and public safety management are all critical to a successful shoot. We had to schedule flights between services and the visitors access so that minimum numbers of the public were likely to be there and they could be managed safely.
