I've been in dozens of bar in several countries where 'the smoking bans' were just ignored. Eff the WEF! and stand up for freedom. There should be smoking and non-smoking establishments, which allows people to have a choice. We must resist authoritarianism, by simply ignoring their draconian edicts.
