.this red snapper is perfect. All u had to do is take gills and gut out.from the mouth without opening the stomach. Insert garlic lemon grass ginger and cilantro inside the tummy put salt and pepper on each side. Cover it in foil then steam. Use fish sauce bunch of chilis garlic and ginger and lemon as a dipping sauce. Try it
