FBI says bullet struck Donald Trump's ear during assassination attempt at rally

The FBI said Friday evening a bullet struck former President Donald Trump's ear during an assassination attempt on July 13.

How the hell does Crooks fire a "fragment" of a bullet at that range accurately? It obviously didn't fragment in mid air or hit anything along its path before Trump. Even if it did does that change the fact that bullets were being shot at him, killed an audience member and critically wounded two others?

FBI has some trump riders, his ear looks toally fine and not hit by a bullet, perhaps a fragment, but doesnt seem to be a direct hit. Go look at the youtubers who recreated it on a ballistic dummy, I would expect much more damage . His ear doesnt even look wounded at all.
