Can I have 2 sections in between both html?

Ive got 1 duplicate section in the HTML sandwhich but it doesnt seem to work, on the main page its just 2 sections showing at the same time regardless of what the button does. :/

Hello.. your videos are awesome, I've learned so much more through this medium than with the courses I've paid for... Can I bother you for a solution that's been frustrating me and I haven't been able to solve? I have a form in Elementor Pro where one of the options is a "select". And I want the "--Select--" option in the list of options "--Select--, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Chile" to not be selectable.

So good! I'm getting one problem though. When I drop in the text editor above the toggle, the text isn't able to be lowered in-line with the toggle. When I enter in a negative bottom margin, it hits a point where it won't go any lower. Do you know how to solve this?
