In comics, Peter never fights in full strength. Once when Doc Ock was in his body and he fought Scorpion, he just punched scorpion's jaw off, literally ripped off with a punch. Ock was shocked by his strength, but then terrified, once he realized that Spidey could have ended him with ease all those years ago.

I said it before, and I'll say it again. Aside from Hulk, Spider-man is the only super human with superior strength in the MCU on earth thus far. While everyone we know has been enhanced from something and was given enhanced strength, none of them so far can compete with Spider-man.

Him catching Bucky's punch was the first, besides the video Tony had of Spiderman, of these feats showed to the viewer... The other feats shown happen after the scene he catches Bucky's fist. Most of the scenes you showed are from Movies that came after Civil War. No one forgot anything.
