My game keeps freezing every second for a second and i have tried a lot to fix it but nothing has

For me the game defaulted to using my cpu instead of my gpu.

for me this video is more or less useless...
you are just throwing away global solutions that work for anything...
and i believe people already do and try those...
things like restarting are unacceptable and i dont want to restart everytime i have the issue.
