Alan Wake 2 Crash FIX while Using FSR 3 FG Mod

Go to run then %LOCALAPPDATA%\Remedy\AlanWake2

Deleting that ini did fix crash but then i get ghosting in gameplay. And changing the ini again crashes the game.
