Cannot recommend the full subscription enough. Watched the full 40 minute video already 3 times. Goldmine of knowledge here! Plus that MV is quite easy on the eyes :)

Great info... when I bounce the bike I feel as if the front does not compress as much as the rear. Do I make the compression softer or should I just practicing the bounce technique? Maybe I'm not driving enough force down on the front.
