He’s not just a typical lob threat and rim protector either he’s different he has so many other skills that he can get even better at that will make him one of the best in the league one day.

I remember when Rob first got drafted and had issues making it to practice on time, etc.. how he got ate up and all we’d hear was how he had “work ethic” issues. Crazy how quickly that has changed from that to him being a defensive anchor/ vocal leader for this team.

His ability to recognize when he needs to slide over and help, as well as the timing of executing a block without fouling is amazing. I want to see him score a bit more on the offensive end but I love this guy on the Celtics.

5:04 The concentration, athleticism, and heads up play to float there and wait for the ball to get off the rim is incredible.

Man I forgot how amazing this guy is. The effort he gave on one leg in playoffs is just all time.

TimeLord is just so amazing. He makes everybody on the team have an easier time on defense and offense. He cleans up the paint for defenders, covers guards on switches, and is the ultimate release valve on offense for guys driving to the run and getting stopped.

he is probably the best lob threat i ever seen. hes so quick on his feet hes able to guard 1-5 as well, fits perfect in today's game of ball. can you imagine this guy on the lob city clippers too? that would of been insane.

Lots of guys have great highlights, but Rob's athleticism is incredible. His jump is insane. He is so patient and times his jumps perfectly. I hope he can stay healthy, imagine how good he can be in another 2-3 seasons!

Love watching Timelord play, he's improved tremendously the last couple of years. We need him back soon!

His quickness off the floor is ridiculous. Never seen someone jump so fast and then just float. His playmaking has become a great asset as well, didn't see that potential coming out of Texas a&m. Wanted Milwaukee to take him back in 2018. a defense with him, Giannis, Jrue, Khris. Only draft pick I wanted more since was Herbert Jones last year.

Defensively he’s a force obviously and he’s not even grown into his “man strength, ” yet.
He has MASSIVELY improved on his block to foul ratio which is identical to his blocks/game (2.2) if I’m not mistaken, which is quite rare amongst rim protectors who can have a tendency to block chase and hack.

His soft touch from little floaters, the dynamic passing ability and his shooting form from 12ft-16ft albeit limited samples give me belief he’s going to become so much more than what he is presently, so excited to see how he develops
