I'm preparing to take the LSAT in January and hopefully start law school in the Fall 2022. The LSAT is no joke though - for my diagnostic test, I scored a 139, so definitely hoping to make some improvement there.

Just to clarify, 120 is the lowest score. The lsat is scored between 120 and 180. Passing is really just a score that gets you into a law school.

I received several diagnostics and my highest score was 141. I’m taking it in November. I totally understand how you feel. Power Score Bibles helped to break down the concepts. The tutorials/classes don’t work that well for me. Try LSAT Demon drills. I really feel that the test has some bias. Good luck to you. You are so young that you have time to take it again and reapply for the next cycle. I’m over 40 and I’m willing to wait for the 2023 cycle to reapply. You got this. Don’t stress.

Your video just popped up on my feed and I instantly subscribed. I took the August LSAT and also filmed my reaction, but am waiting to share until I finish the entire application process as one big video. I just subscribed so I can follow your journey. I understand how you feel though, I took it in April and scored lower than I wanted to score. I did Brad Barbay’s self study course throughout the summer and went from a 142 in April to a 152 in August. You can do this!!

If you are not strong in LR I would start with that before getting better at RC in my opinion. This will help a lot in answering RC questions and learning logic will also help in LG. But it will definitely help a lot for RC to have a strong LR base.

Hey! I went from a 150 diagnostic to a mid 170 on the August. I worked full time and only spent 30min-1hr studying every other day. That said, I HIGHLY recommend subscribing to LSAT Demon for a few months to grind because if I can do that, you can too. Also, it really isn't worth taking until you're PTing in the 160s because you're ultimately wasting tens of thousands of dollars applying with less. Wishing you the best!
