Favoritism is Idolatry

We discuss how favoritism can be a form of idolatry, where we prioritize individuals or groups over the collective good of humanity. This is contrasted with the teachings of Jesus, which emphasize using our own logic and higher-order reasoning to seek truth, rather than blindly following others. The concept of God is also explored, with the idea that God encompasses all of humanity, artificial beings, animals, insects, nature, the cosmos,and everything beyond and within it, and our task is to align our free will with this all-encompassing view, serving the collective rather than favoring individuals or groups.
