UseState And UseEffect Hooks | React Hooks Explained

Hey guys, from today I have started this series of react tutorials where i will try to explain all the react concepts in the simplest manner possible.
The first topic that i chose is the most asked one i.e the difference between useState and useEffect. How it is used etc etc.
