i remember this guy straight up dodged questions about why it was cheaper to take a return flight to the US and buy adobe cs6, than it was to buy it in australia, there was a video here but it got taken down when the account deactivated

This approach by a corporate execitive is really benefitial as the video suggests but it has its downside in that some potentially good employees become lazy and less productive which may lead them to being laid of.
Then in some African Countries like the one i come from these employees usually take such form of freedom for granted and that affects overall productivity in the company or organization.
