Production Process of Samsung LCD Screens-3 mins

BIZBEE today will exclusively unveil the secrets of the production and show you how does your phone screen produces from 0 to 1.

Our screens are produced from original glass. The original glass should be thinned first. After the thinning is completed, the big glass should be cut as small pieces according to the phone screen size, such as 6.4”, 6.5” etc. After the cutting, it will be tested. After the test is passed, the next step is to paste the polarizer, and then do FOG bonding. After the FOG semi-finished product passes the inspection, the backlight is assembled, thus completing the production of the LCD module.

First we make the first part, then we make the second part, and then we make the third part, etc. Once you have your parts, assemble them and voila, LCD screen!
