Soufflé Pancake + Cream Topping
✔️Ingredients
4 pcs. large eggs (yolk & white separated)
1/2 tsp vanilla (2.5ml)
3 tbsp milk (45ml)
1/2 cup all purpose flour (68g)
1/2 tsp baking powder (3g)
3 tbsp sugar (38g)
✔️Topping
3/4 cup whipping cream (180ml)
1 tbsp sugar (12g)
*any add-on of your choice (I used crushed graham + blueberry sauce, matcha powder & oreo cookies)
*Recipe yields 8 to 9 pcs. pancakes (4”). Quantity may vary on the amount of batter poured on the pan.
