Teaching CPR w/ American Heart Association for Heart Month

February is American Heart Month! We teamed up with the American Heart Association to teach dozens of people across RVa how an AED and performing Hands-Only CPR can help save someone's life. If you see someone suddenly collapse or is unconscious and not breathing, remember the two steps to save a life. 1. Call 9-1-1. 2. Push hard and fast at the center of the chest until help arrives. If an AED is nearby, tell someone to go and get it. Once it's turned on, follow the prompts. Thank you to everyone who took the time to learn these lifesaving skills.
