I am moving in a couple of weeks into a house built in the 50s. Was an old priest house apparently converted. People we are buying off split and it was a bad split I feel the need to get the house blessed because of thr negative aspect of this. Am I right to do this?

I don't know if you know this or not. But your house was not blessed. It was EXORCISED!!! And you have a crying kid and a disrespectful young woman constantly passing by the priest and in front of him like he is not even there during the ceremony. Do they act like that at mass? I am not trying to be mean. But. When you post videos. You open yourself up to people's opinions. And mine is. You need to teach your kids respect for the things of God. Because if whatever was in that house had decided to fight back during the service. All of you would have been in trouble!! There was a point where I could not even hear the priest over the kid.

In Catholicism, a house blessing can not be performed unless those who reside in the house are present for it. A child's talking can't compare with the power of Jesus, especially when Jesus Himself repeatedly talked about the merits of children.  Get over yourselves, and learn a bit about what you're talking about before talking about it next time.

Why the hell are you allowing your children to be rude and disrespectful when a member of the clergy is in your house? They should be silent and praying not making noise and being under foot you could even see on the priests face he was getting frustrated
