Take it from someone that hit 400 pounds. its not pretty and its very difficult to do anything. If i took a bath, i would dread it cause i know how much of a challenge it would be just to get out of it. about 10 months ago i started to make changes. i went from 400 pounds to 280 pounds. and im so happy that i made the change. Not only for myself but for my kids and wife. I am still losing fat and will keep it up for the rest of my life. the best thing i have done for myself. physically and mentally.

Someone who watches her vids commented on another channel about her that she's definitely getting 'incentive' (money, Amazon wish list gifts, etc) from definite feeders. This type of stuff should not be on a platform that isn't 18+, and it should NOT be monetized at all, it's disordered eating behavior and self-harm. A lot of these ppl would not do this, esp to this degree, if they couldn't get paid for it.

Losing weight is almost always tied to mental health. As someone who use to weigh over 300lbs. The mentality it took to understand that I had to lose over 100lbs is rough. Most of us have lost 10lbs - 40lbs here and there. When you need to lose double or triple that. It really does weigh on your mind quite heavily (puns intended).
