Very inspiring. I'm so glad to see initiatives like this! I would like to see D2D and The Palace work out a deal where ALL books published by D2D could appear in The Palace, and have an option that lets readers read the 1st chapter of a book, and if they like it, and it's not currently owned by the library, they could press a button to request that it gets purchased by the library, and another button that allows the reader to purchase the book for themselves if they don't want to wait for the library to buy it.

I'm interested in selling my books to my library rather than donating cuz I'm trying to make money. How does that work? If I sell to the library would they have to pay me to do that which I honestly don't think they would. The books are old but there still in good condition. I'm not a published author yet but I am a writer

I don't like the term "curate" in this context. The function of a public library is not to curate my experience. It's to offer me access. You can't "offer access" and "curate" it the same time, you're either doing one or the other.
