Within the first two minutes, this healed me from being in a state of panic from listening to other music that has frequencies that make your hair stand up and your chest get heavy. And I did not know this before, but it also induces paranoia, fear, anxiety, and could potentially bring on sleep paralysis. It bounces you between peace and fear. This music cured that in just minutes.
