You asked me on Facebook what did a professional think about your videos - very good and informative and easy to follow some time less is more ! I have plenty of sockets for rounded nuts and drills if you need them

Well that was incredibly fortuitous timing for me. I am doing my first ever oil change tomorrow (yes it has been done before, just not by me). Not the same bike but it’s given me some useful tips and a little more confidence. Cheers

If you're handy with a welder you could have stuck a cheap socket to the nut...

Just saying for future reference.

Love the videos

At least Suzuki had the sense to put the drain plug from the tank facing downwards. On my previous bike it was facing the front wheel sticking out from between two exhaust pipes. I had to make a funnel to not make a huge mess and still some would drip on to the exhaust and burn when you start the bike

Hey spicy could you do a video on cleaning the carb? Thanks keep up the good work

Oil in the frame is great for adding miles to the service intervals, but a real PITA. My green lane bike has the Suzuki DR350 engine in it (Beta Alp 4.0) and although the oil change is still simple, it is soo messy with the oil in the frame... I might get the hang of it for the next one lol :D

Quenching after heating helps to loosen nuts.

I've never left the sump plug out with engine oil but I did do it with a fork after rebuilding once at like 2 am after many glasses of jack and coke made a bit of a mess of my shed floor

Good considered advice on the crush washer it's common sense if it doesn't look deformed✌peace from Northern England 🇬🇧

Eh torque settings aren't overly important if you're actually tightening them enough and just "know".
For engines though, I'd definitely wanna torque the bolts down to spec.

My wheels on my car have yet to fall off.
Although some people really ought to use torque settings, so many videos of people's wheel coming off.
