How do you open doors after a delay at 4pm and have someone perform from 4-4:10pm then 4:15-4:35pm.
Disrespectful and a waste of time to the fans and the artists.
Cancel the whole thing, give refunds and avoid the backlash, lawsuits and embarrassments.
The weather was a factor yes, but also greed and poor management
