It seems to me, that there is still error. Isn't uint means unsigned int? So that, if you put negative number in this function (deposits) the bite representation of this value will be considered as a positive number (ignoring signed bite which will be equal to 1)? So the condition value > 0 will be always true

I just noticed bitfinex's announcement that it will no longer be supporting trading of ICO and ERC-20 token for US residents because of the new SEC statement regarding classifying ICO tokens as securities.

I'm concerned how this might affect the price of ERC-20 tokens if trading is disabled on most exchanges.
